Visit to Aunt Martha

Judi's gift to Aunt Martha was this beautiful collage of old photos! Mother is the one holding Aunt Martha's three children.




Jessica enjoyed hearing old stories. When Unk nearly drowned and when Mother and Aunt Martha ran from the cougar, among others.




I tried to get my devil eyes corrected, but could not completely erase their evil glow.

Farm on Feb. 26, 2014

Jessica and I made it to the farm at about 10 p.m. last night. We must have just missed Big Foot, as we saw his tracks, but no sign of the big furry beast!



This morning, the big limbs Kay reported are visible:



This big limb is just above the one we hired a guy to take down a couple of years ago.




This one came down just outside of the hedge surrounding the house.




This one is pretty skinny, but I wouldn't want it to conk me on the head.




Jess and I will head into the woods later, and then off to see Aunt Martha!
