March at the farm

Ben is doing a nice job cutting up the fallen trees. He has a couple of burn stacks prepared, and continues to cut up the logs for firewood.

A view of Ben's work from a distance.

It looks as if another wall is being constructed. It is lying on the floor at the moment.

The flies are everywhere. We looked online and discovered that lavender plants can act as a natural anti-fly plant. I bought some plants at Shonnards and we planted them.

Me planting.

Kay, well equipped for a hike. Knife and compass in the bag on her hip, doggie carrier in front.

The chihuahuas discover where some of the red cedar has been planted. They located several more locations, as well. Good doggies!

Close up of one of the baby cedar trees.

"Don't put me in the cold creek, Mom!"

The City has cut the brush along part of the water shed road, as promised.

Bill sitting on one of the logs Ben has been cutting up.

Irish blackthorn starting to bloom.
