Homeless Sister

Kay is officially homeless now. We finished up at her Tacoma house yesterday and hauled her remaining possessions to Mercer Island. It went smoothly. We will probably be back down to Corvallis with the rest of her storage items on Saturday, April 18, 2009.

The cats are very interested in Kay. Last night they threw themselves against her door until it opened and then they slipped out of her window onto the roof while she slept. The kitten, Ella, isn't supposed to go outside, but she managed to figure out how to come to the open window in the master bedroom and meow until I brought her in. Buster, of course, spent the night outside, hunting racoons.

It was sure a lot of fun seeing DonL and meeting Colleen!

Love,

Dee
