Beautiful Women

Scheesh--pictures of both Dee and Nina make me realize what gorgeous women we have in our extended family. Wow, wow, wow. And Dee took the words right from my mouth--Nina looks elegant in the extreme. But so does Dee in her picture. That's what I call doing the 60th decade right!!! Talk about elegant. My, my, my.

Sid and Sandra--all I can tell you is that I'm GRATEFUL that Bill missed the US. My colonel and I are both hoping (for our own sake, not for anyone else) that we go this season without a single hurricane striking the US--and if we aren't that lucky, then absolutely none coming close to the Gulf States.

Today, we are hosting the borzoi club's fun run and fun show. Borzoi folks from all over Colorado gathering here to show their dogs and then run them for fun---of course, there'll be the club meeting as well. Then tomorrow, we have a whippet racing competition here--and believe it or not, a coursing fun run for all breeds. So, all that said: I guess I'd better start rockin'n rollin'. Have to get 2 hounds washed and groomed, plus I need to wash and groom Ambassador so he can play his role looking like the elegant hound he is.

Oh--and I've calculated out when Tornado and Aramis' pupcicles will be born (if all goes correctly):

D-day 2010. They will be our E-litter (again, should nature cooperate and all goes well).
