Hooray for the Grand Prize!

I think a toaster oven is a great prize! You can melt cheese on tortillas without turning on the whole stove oven!



Jess and I made some darn good fish tacos the other night. We used cod and put mango salsa (from Costco) and a white sauce made from mayo, sour cream and taco seasoning on them. Yummmmmm! Unfortunately, I mistakenly purchases shredded lettuce instead of shredded cabbage, so they were not as authentic as they might have been. JB ate three - unheard of for her.



Bill seems to be enjoying his trip to Mississippi. He comes home Friday night at midnight and we will immediately drive to Corvallis. The Beavers would be devastated if we didn't make it to the 11:30 a.m. kick off!
