Here is Jessica, advertising for the Arbor Youth Training Program, "helping young people, ages 16-21, overcome barriers which prohibit them from completing their education or getting a job." As most of you know, she was 15 when this photo was taken. It and its companion photos have been seen many places over the last 10 years! Bill found this in a library in Mississippi.
