Recoverys
It looks like Dee will outpace Joey in terms of recovery by a long shot. The picture I saw this morning showed Diana looking less bruised. (Dee-no way are the pictures ugly but they are remarkable). I was talking to Bopcha last night that it was astonishing (at least to me) that Dee didn't scape or cut her face in the process of hitting the ground. Amazing and like Bop says: good genes.
Poor Joey. Six months!! That is a LONG time to be off one's leg. I also went to the hospital in a car when I broke my elbow, but I think an ambulence would be a better idea. My broken elbow told me about every bump and curve on the road although I was able to dangle it in the air. It wouldn't be so easy to protect a broken hip. If nothing else, the folks in the ambulence could have helped ease the pain.
Seems that dear sweet Tory's adventures will be continuing today from the island of Kos. I've heard of Kos, but I don't know much about it. Tory will enlighten me I'm sure.
