Saturday Morning

Another day of drizzle. The lawn is really happy about it, as are those pesky weeds.

I start on a new experimental glaucoma regimen on Monday. If I qualify (as if there is any doubt!), I have to put drops in my eyes THREE times a day. Grrrrrrr..... The last experiment I was in I only had to do them once a day, and that was hard enough. Oh well, what a woman won't do to advance science!

I am headed to the farm a week from today. I can't leave on Friday because we got tickets to the first game of the three-game series between Oregon State (#1 in the Pac 10 so far -- baseball) and the University of Washington. After a dismal basketball season, the Beavs owe me a stunning win over those obnoxious Huskies.

Kay, I saw a Lifetime movie last night that took place in Kingman, of all places! Pretty stark looking, but it was fun to see where Randy's little ranch used to be.

The kids are celebrating Mother's Day today. I don't know what is in store, but I'm certain it involves tasty food.

Can't wait for Stopsky's to open. I check on it constantly. They probably think I am preparing to rob it!

Love,

Dee
