Where else but a Vet School/Vet Hospital

Hello,

I thought you may all appreciate this. I have been serving on a committee regarding service excellence etc....very lofty sounding I know.

But of course I would never bore you with details on the work we are doing. But I did think you would all appreciate a suggestion that was made by one of our Vets/Clinicians. We were trying to identify standards/Philosophy etc... and he thought we should use the following for our employees:

"Be the person your dog thinks you are."

Isn't that funny. It is debatable whether that works for cats. Believe the committee debated it. We all know how our cats feel about us......let's just say it is a little different than how our dogs see us.

Anyway, I am grateful to be working in a place that can even have these kinds of conversations. :-)

Bye for now,

Sandra
