It is time
Hi Bopcha,
I am afraid the time has come to make the phone call. Diana’s grip on sanity has become weak and tremulous, a botched fit with society. She has adopted delusion to truth finding that it soothes and is easier to grasp. It is with clear conscience that you call the Asylum to inform them that sadly, Diana will be joining them.
It would be a staggering exaggeration to expect that Diana has a semblance of recovery but at least the family as a whole will have less burden mulling her black moods and moral acid.
I admit that it is a painful and tragic spectacle that rises before us: but we must pull back the curtain of our virtues to reveal the rottenness of her soul. I know that one must have experienced it directly and almost succumbed to it, to realize that it is not to be taken lightly. The truth must be taken as such. She will be much happier.
With great sadness
Love Sid
