I walked 4 miles this morning
Now that I'm in training, I walked the four miles to work this morning (mostly downhill). Do we know how long the LOOP is?
It is beautiful out. I'm thinking of going home for an hour to put some Round Up on some weeds. I love working this close to home. It allows you to take a mental health break just when you are starting to feel sluggish.
Noah has firmed up his plans to live with two other teammates (John Vincent and J.J. Mulligan) next year. J.J.'s parents bought a new townhouse near campus (about 1 mile from the gym) and Noah will rent from them. If all goes well, he could end up in the same place for the rest of his college career. Whew! That will be nice. I'm sure it is just a coincidence that the townhouse is close to Haley's (Noah's significant other) and Nikole's (J.J.'s significant other) who just happen to be roommates.
Well, back to work!
