So my question is, why didn't the prof SMASH the tick?



(1) As a philosophy professor he was morally opposed?

(2) He was hoping he could reduce class size through getting the students infected with Lyme disease?

(3) He was prepared to take it to the vet school after class to have it checked out for possible injuries incurred while in the care, custody, and control of Penn?

(4) It was a test to see if anyone in class would SMASH it? Then a big discussion on animal rights could ensue?



Oooops, gotta go back to work. The Beavs play Michigan at OSU on Saturday, Sunday, and maybe Monday. Best 2 out of 3. Gulp! I'm so proud of the Beavs!
