Trying to start the year with gusto
Helllo everyone,
It was nice to read everyone's messages and all the enthusiasim for new things - especially in the new year. It looks like you are all planning well. Sid too is planning for the new business plan - which he will do more planning on as the year progresses. We need to plan the year ahead a little bit more. I know that we would all love to hear lots about the new business idea that Sid has planned in his mind. I also have to add that after returning to work for two days after more than a week of being off, I can appreciate even more how much pleasure it would be to break away from the place, and so a well developed business plan that would create a break from my current job would be much appreciated.
My plan is to have 2008 be a more rewarding and gratifying year than 2007. The second part of 2007 was not exactly a stellar or top notch year for me so it probably won't be impossible to beat. I hope you are all able to meet the goals you are setting out to meet for the new year.
This holiday season was packed with a special treat - there was someone who works for the Academy of Music who was able to supply my family with Pennsylvania Ballet tickets for the "Nutcracker" performance. So very luckily my sister and her little girl and my mother and I were treated to a wonderful performance of the Nutcracker the weekend after Christmas and it was superb. That was a highlight.
