It's still summer on Poverty Rock

Great news about the bridge! I am really excited. Bill and I will be down this Friday at noon (for my 40th high school reunion - gulp!). I'm sure the bridge won't be installed by then, but hope springs eternal.



Bill and I went to see Night Listener. It is slow paced, but we enjoyed it. It is a psychological thriller and keeps you interested until the end.



Jessica is dying to see Snakes on the Plane. I'm guessing she'll have to go with Aunt Kay - the only other person I know who would consider the movie a "must see."



Noah got his first paycheck and so he and four other Mercer Island bad boys are going to Canada for an overnight visit. Hmmmmm.......



Yesterday, Jessica and I cooked a blackberry dish (a crisp but with sugar cookie dough as a topping). Yum! Yum! I mostly measure ingredients and clean up. She does the rest.
