Subject: Greetings from Vienna!
Hez familz & friends!
I am in Vienna! There are thousands of tourists and I am hard pressed to walk a block or two without stumbling into zet another breathtaking sight. I overheard a tour guide talking about some statue or something "it is reallz not that old; mazbe 17th centurz or so." Tourists are so hard to impress
I took a guided tour of the crzpt below the Stephansplaty Cathedral. Lots of organs of dead Hapsburgs preserved in urns, and entire rooms full of the bones of black plague victims -- I admit I took special care to take shallow breaths during that part of the tour. One ladz got so creeped out she had to race out back to the surface. Better than realitz TV! Met some cool Aussies, tourists like me, who highlz recommend the salt mines, which is where I am headed tomorrow. I am going to trz to take in the museum of music before mz train to Hallstatt. According to mz guidebook thez have this virtual conductor exhibit thing where zou can be a direct the Vienna szmphonz plazing Moyart.
M & N thanks again for the sustaining snacks for the plane!
Love,
Torz
