HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

No, Bill and I did not stay awake until midnight, but I vaguely remember hearing noise sometime during the night.



The snow is almost gone. All we have left is frozen piles left by snow plows.



What a game yesterday! The Beavs beat Pitt 3 to 0. It was a tense, tense game.



It was fun having Sid fly through Seattle. We would not have seen him otherwise. The weather conditions were just too awful to venture down to Corvallis.



We have a basketball game tonight (Seatte U against Loyola Marrimount). It was fun watching SU play OSU last Monday. OSU won, but it was close up to the end. OSU clearly has a ways to go to be competitive in the Pac 10, and it was nice to see SU hold its own as it makes the move to Division I basketball.
